The 2023 Educators Rising takes place at the Renaissance Orlando at Sea World. Find your way around the hotel using the map in the program book and the app.

The hotel is easily accessible from the Orlando International Airport (MCO). Transportation options to and from the airport include the following:

• Mears Transportation (note: Mears Connect only works for Disney area hotels; Mears Transportation will transport you to any hotel in the Orlando area.) Reservations are required.
• Taxis: The average price range is $45-50.  
• Rideshare: A Lyft or Uber should start around $40 for up to 6 people. 

On-site parking for those driving is $30 per day.

To make sure you are prepared for the weather outside of the conference, we strongly suggest that all attendees bring an umbrella or rain poncho. Most days in Orlando have at least some rain.

The weather in Orlando will be warm. However, inside the hotel, air conditioning will be running for the duration of the conference in all areas. Make sure you bring a jacket or other warm weather covering to maintain comfort indoors.
