Educators Rising National Competitions are performance-based competitive events in which aspiring educators demonstrate their knowledge, skills, and leadership in education. With a blend of individual and team events, competitions are authentic, engaging opportunities for rising educators to stretch their creativity, commitment, and professionalism.

  • Students may only compete in one event. Schools may submit only one team entry per division and no more than two individual competition entries per division.
  • Students must be paid, Active-level members of Educators Rising by February 1, 2024 in order to participate.
  • All students who wish to compete at the national conference must submit an online application form.
  • All other rules, including the dress code, are contained within competition rubrics that are updated yearly. You can find rubrics for all competitions in the Membership Portal. Make sure to read your competition rubric carefully before competing.
