Registration Reminders
Posted on June 23, 2023

When you arrive at the conference, please check in at the Educators Rising conference registration desk, located in the Crystal Registration area, to receive your badge and conference materials. Attendees may register, update an existing registration, and pick up materials during these hours:

3 p.m. – 6 p.m. on Wednesday, June 28
8 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Thursday, June 29
8 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Friday, June 30
8 a.m. – 12 p.m. on Saturday, July 1
8 a.m. – 12 p.m. on Sunday, July 2

The registration materials will be listed by the school/organization if you are attending as a group.  Only teacher leaders or chaperones will be able to pick up registration for the group. We recommend that teacher leaders bring their students to help carry the materials after check-in, but have the students wait outside the registration area to help keep the lines shorter for all.

If you are an individual registrant, your registration will be listed by your school/organization if one was provided or in the last line for individuals without organization. Tip: If you are an individual registrant, check your conference registration to see if you were registered under an organization.

Your registration must be paid in full to pick up conference materials. If you have a balance due, please contact the registration department at info@educatorsrising.org to confirm your payment. If your payment is not received prior to your arrival at the conference, staff at the conference registration desk will request payment onsite via credit card.

All conference registrations include:

  • Lunch on June 30 and July 2 ($80 value).
  • Access to breakout workshops.
  • Entry into all keynote presentations.
  • Admission to the College and Innovation Exhibit Fair.

Due to the unprecedented number of attendees this year, no one who is not registered for the conference may attend any conference event. This includes parents or other family members.

The registration packets you receive at check-in will include your badge and lanyard, conference bag, and inserts. Your badge will serve as your meal ticket for meals included with registration.

The following items will be included for those who purchased them:

  • Tickets for Educators Rising gear bundles purchased in advance.
  • Tickets for additional meals purchased in advance.
  • Dietary cards for those who registered with a dietary preference. Give these to the server so they can bring you the correct meals at general sessions.
