We have three webinars this January! We have student voices joining us on January 15th and January 21st!

  • January 15, 2025 • 7-8 PM ET: The Supports Needed to Aid Districts with the Teacher Shortage. Our guests include PDK International CEO James Lane and Alan Mather from Golden Apple. Their conversation will showcase how national non-profits like Educators Rising and Golden Apple are providing supports that include mentorship, high school Grow Your Own, and how to approch teaching with a younger generation. Attendees will have a better understanding of the types of support young teachers need and how our organizations are partnering with districts to ensure young educator success.
  • January 16, 2025 • 4:30-5 PM ET: How to Leverage Paraprofessional Avenues to Support Grow Your Own. Our host is PDK’s Dr. John Hendron with guest Vinay Ganti from ETS. We’ll discuss the benefits of the Parapro Assessment for your Educators Rising students and what this assessment means post-graduation. We’ll cover a current promotion with Educators Rising facilitating purchase of ParaPro assessments directly from Educators Rising.

  • Feburary 11, 2025 • 4:30-5 PM ET: Grow Your Own: Innovative Solutions to Addressing the Teacher Shortage. In this webinar hosted by Dr. Lisa Rollins, we’ll explore how different types of Grow Your Own solutions are helping districts overcome the teacher shortage.
