Discounted Theme Park Tickets for Conference Attendees

SeaWorld Tickets:

Discounted ticket prices are only available for registered attendees. Tickets will be distributed at the registration desk during the conference on-site check-in process.

Ticket purchase is only available to you in the conference registration portal and must be completed when registering for the conference or added to an existing conference registration. The ticket price is $75, and chapters can use tickets anytime during the conference.

*Please note that no additional tickets will be available on-site for purchase*

Tickets must be added to registration and paid for by June 1.

The conference hotel is right across the street from the entrance to the park, so chapters should require no additional transportation.

Universal Studios Orlando Tickets:

Discount tickets are available for Universal Studios. Tickets will be distributed by mail or picked up at Universal Studios directly (your will get to choose during the application process).

Ticket purchase is only available through Universal Studios and must be completed at most four weeks before the date you plan to attend the park. The ticket price is 50% off the daily ticket price at Universal Studios (note: there are multiple options available which are listed on the purchase form).

To purchase your tickets, follow the steps provided below:

Step 1 – Download the Youth Ticket Order Form and save it as a PDF on your computer.

Step 2 – Fill out the form.

Step 3 – Email the completed order form to TicketReservations@UniversalOrlando.com or fax it to 407-224-5954. The form must be received by Universal Studios no later than four (4) weeks before the first date you plan to be at the park.

Do not send this form to PDK International: This form MUST be sent directly to the Universal at the contact listed above. Your form will only be accepted or processed if sent to the correct email address.

Step 4 – You will receive an invoice from Ticket Reservations within seven (7) business days. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation number. To avoid creating duplicate orders, please only submit your form once. Step 5 – Pay for your tickets once the invoice is received.

Option 1 – Credit Card Authorization Form

• Tickets paid in advance (4 weeks before the visit date) are eligible to be sent via FedEx
• If tax-exempt, please fax an enlarged and lightened copy of the credit card matching the exemption certificate with your order
• Credit card authorization form must be completed for each transaction and submitted via secure email: TicketReservations@UniversalOrlando.com or faxed to 407-224-5954.

Option 2 – On-Site Payment

• On-site payment should only be used in rare cases where pre-payment is not an option.
• Please allow extra time for your payment to be processed and tickets printed.

Unacceptable Forms of Payment include personal checks, purchase orders, payment vouchers, third-party checks, counter checks, or altered checks.
