If you’ve been thinking about bringing the Educators Rising Curriculum into your school or district — or you’re already using it and want to get more out of it — here’s news worth reading: curriculum subscribers now have access to a brand-new online training center, and it comes at no additional cost.

The Educators Rising Curriculum Orientation is the training center’s first course, built specifically for teacher leaders who are powering an Education and Training CTE program using the Educators Rising Curriculum. Whether you’re launching a new chapter or looking to deepen your program implementation, this course gives you the knowledge and confidence to lead effectively.

What’s Inside the Course

The Educators Rising Curriculum Orientation covers the ground that matters most for teacher leaders:

  • Why developing future educators matters — grounding your work in the bigger picture of the national teacher shortage and the grow-your-own strategies that address it
  • The Educators Rising GYO Pathway — understanding how the curriculum fits into a broader, structured pipeline from high school through the profession
  • How Educators Rising Chapters function — so you can build and sustain an active, engaged student community
  • Scope and Sequence Recommendations — whether you’re running a one-year, two-year, or multi-year CTE pathway, you’ll know how to map the curriculum to your program
  • Preparing Engaging Lessons — practical guidance for bringing the curriculum to life in your classroom
  • Accessing Student and Teacher Notes — navigating the curriculum resources efficiently
  • Lesson Assessments — understanding how to use the assessment tools to measure student learning and save yourself time
  • Clinical Experience Resources — supporting your students through the observe, assist, and intern progression that makes this curriculum distinctive
  • Instructional Resources for Students — knowing what’s available and how to use it
  • Support Team and Coaching Calls — because you’re not doing this alone; the Educators Rising team is in your corner

Flexible Learning That Works Around Your Schedule

The course is designed to meet you where you are. Work through it from start to finish for a comprehensive orientation, or go straight to the modules most relevant to your immediate needs. Either way, you’re building the program fluency that helps your students succeed.

A Curriculum Built for This Moment

The teacher shortage is real, and districts everywhere are looking for sustainable, local solutions. The Educators Rising Curriculum supports teacher leaders in giving students meaningful engagement in teaching within their own district — developing future educators who already know and care about the communities they’ll serve. The curriculum covers nearly 60 lesson topics organized into five domains — You, Your Students, Your Classroom, Your Community, Your Profession — and can be taught as standalone modules or as a series with flexible lesson formats. It’s one of the most cost-effective CTE programs available, and now it comes with the training infrastructure to help teacher leaders get the most out of every lesson.

The Educators Rising Curriculum Orientation is available now to all curriculum subscribers. Ready to learn more about the curriculum or get started?
