Registration reminders
Posted on June 17, 2026

When you arrive, please check in at the Educators Rising conference registration desk at the Oregon Convention Center in room Pre-Function C to receive your badge and conference materials. The registration materials will be listed by the school/organization for all registrants.

Only teacher leaders or chaperones will be able to pick up registration for a group. We recommend that teacher leaders bring their students along to pick up the materials, as carrying items back for large groups may be difficult. Please have extra students wait outside of the registration area for you to help keep the lines shorter for all.

TIP: If you are an individual registrant, check your conference registration to see if you were registered under an organization or your name.

Your registration must be paid in full to pick up conference materials. If you have a balance due, please contact the registration department at ap@pdkintl.org to confirm your payment.

Please note that if your conference registration fees and national and state membership dues are not paid prior to your arrival at the conference, staff at the conference registration desk will request payment onsite via credit card.

Badges must be worn throughout the entire conference. You will not be permitted into any session, competition, social event, or meal without a name badge. Your badge will serve as your meal ticket for meals included with registration.

Registration hours:

Friday: 3-6 p.m.

Saturday: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Sunday: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Due to the unprecedented number of attendees this year, only those who registered for the conference may attend conference events. Parents or other family members who are not registered may not attend.
